OK, so, last night - the anniversary dinner was fabulous.  We ate at the paradore and had a three course Cocina meal.  I had pork croquette for a starter, stuffed sea bass for my main course and a sampler platter  of 5 desserts to finish the meal.  Bob had a really good asparagus soup with a poached egg in the middle, pork  that was so tender you could cut it with a fork, and dessert of four different kinds of ice cream and a coconut sponge cake.  After dinner we went out to the castle ruins and looked at the view of lights and took lots of pictures.
